I'm using my Samsung QN95b Neo QLED as a second Monitor for my PC using HDMI. Unfortunately as long as the TV is plugged into power, the Windows PC sees it as a turned-on device and uses it for image output, even though the TV is in standby and shows just a black screen. Sometimes i loose my cursor or can't see opened programs since they are on the TV that is in standby. Only when i remove power to the TV completely, the device disconnects and Windows uses one monitor.
I've looked everywhere in the settings but cannot find any way to change this behavior. Am i missing something? Are there any tricks to get the TV to disconnect from HDMI when its in standby?
