Turn off auto-zoom on pictures on USB memory stick connected device

I am attempting to view photos directly from a USB stick plugged into my The Frame control box.  When each picture loads in the media player, the player automatically does a slow zoom-in on each photo maybe 5-10%.  How do I turn this feature off?
