Station not changing but channel is

My Samsung QN49Q6F smart tv will not change the station. The channel changes, but the station stays the same.  Our remote works fine. 

any ideas?

Hi @KChrist  can you check you have the latest firmware which is 1330.5 which was just  released 22 September. If not available OTA can be downloaded to USB and updated that way. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/QE49Q6FNATXXH/ 

If that does not solve it idea to do a Soft Reset by holding in Power Button on Smart Remote for around 5 seconds until the Tv Reboots and the Samsung logo displays. 

However it may be necessary to do a Factory  Reset , Home - Settings -Support -Self Diagnosis -Reset - PIN.  Afterwards also turn off the Standby Auto Tuning.
