I have a smart TV QLED installed SET IPTV but in recent day all time that i try watch IPTV i receive the message that the movie cannot play and the sound is bloked. In other hand is impossible made the softaware update or change de region in my TV. I ask if the smart TV is my or your.

@Silvino Fortes: As far as I am aware, IPTV is no longer supported on Samsung Smart TVs. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Dear, why  our TV Sansumg TV control have a total control by Samsung instead by the customer? One point is that is impoosible change region or other information in our personal TV. You thing tha is a better commercial pratice? Thank you and i would like have a total control in my device.
