Smoke coming out of my SAMSUNG UE46ES6800UXXU VER 02 TV

My Tv (SAMSUNG UE46ES6800UXXU VER 02 TV) was on and doing okay. Then it started making some sounds (the kind of sound I've heard long time ago, when there is very low voltage) and the screen began to act up. So I put it off and on again but it was still the same problem. So I kept it on a bit and then smoke started coming out of the top left of the TV. So I put it off. Could this be the board or a power fuse?

I do not have any repairer around me so I'm considering fixing it myself.
