Samsung UE55KS7500UXXU 55" screen fading issue

We have an issue with our Samsung TV - as you can see from the video the picture is fading from the bottom and eventually there is no picture just the sound. Anyone have any ideas on a fix? We cannot operate and system setting due to not being able to read them. We have done a tv reset.

That doesn't look good! Could we take the current software version of the TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
