I got a samsung Smartv Ue43RU7025K with 3 months and it not working. Try to turn it on the infrared starts to blink he screen just flashs into a "lighter" dark for around 3 sec and just turns off. already changed hdmi cables and even trye another power cable from another samsung tv and nothing.

Hi @JrFaria. Can you try a different power outlet? If you have any other external devices connected, please disconnect them too and then power back on.

already tryed a different power outlet and disconnected all the devices connected. I can hear the sound (ps4 main menu) and some times (rarely) it flashs image for a second or 2.. but besides that nothing ...

If you press Menu/ Settings on the remote, does anything appear on the screen?

no nothing appears . the image just blinks from turned off to a lighter black  and stays like that all the time. no colour just sound.
