Hi @seyLen  How noticeable is the red line and does your model  (best to name) have the latest firmware. However  with a variety of lines it is best to firstly check that the connections are secure  and to disconnect and reconnect the cables.  you may also try unplugging from the mains and reconnecting after a minute and/or a Factory Reset  to see if that makes any difference.

However if any errors are shown on Picture Test, Settings-Support-Device Care-Self Diagnosis-Picture Test you would need to seek advice from Samsung Support.  on some older models it  is just Support-Self Diagnosis-Picture Test.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

It's the BU8000 70 . Done all that checked firmware. It's a faint red line running down the middle of the screen

@seyLen  May not necessarily be the issue though there is  1602.2 (would just be 1602 on TV if have  latest)  released November 2023.  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE70BU8000KXXU/

Does anything show up on the Picture Test?

Looks lime this. At least the software update went through last night while powered off . 20231203_135421_1000032472_1701611662.jpg

Samsung response and option for a problem they cannot resolve with their own unit. They are unable to identify what is causing this issue in their device 20231209_152102_1000032950_1702135263.jpg
