On my Samsung TV UE55AU7100 the left section of the screen has stopped working, but it was not damaged or hit prior to this. The TV is just over a year old

@Okelm: Please try powering off the TV > Unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds > Plug it back in and power back on using the remote. If the issue persists, please head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, and follow the on-screen prompts. Is the line visible in the sample image?

Thanks for the response. I tried both but neither worked. Attached picture shows the screen while displaying the sample image during the picture test.
