Hi, I wonder if anyone can help?

I have the Samsung QE55Q9FNAT. Terrestrial channels were working fine but recently they stopped working. I re scanned for terrestrial channels but now the TV cannot find any. I also have a dish connected for Freesat channels and it was working great but at the same time as the terrestrial issue, I now cannot get Freesat to work as it not showing any signal from the dish. Samsung TV plus channels still work.

I connected the aerial and dish to another TV and they are both working fine.  Also tried factory re set etc and the only thing I did note was a software update to version 1340 happened in November which is when I first noticed the problem.

Given that the Sat Dish and aerial plug into the One Connect Box, would anyone have any idea if it is the One Connect Box that is faulty?

@Fraz6  A few things to try beforehand.   Whilst you have tried the Automatic scan a troubleshooting guide here  https://www.samsung.com/scanning Channels,     Some customers have found that scanning after removing the aerial and then reinserting provides a solution when channels are missing and your manual tune may be accessible. In other words scan with the aerial removed when obviously no channels will be found, however this can reset the connection. You would then need to scan with the aerial connected again and see if this makes a difference.  other option is  to try   a Manual scan as shown here https://www.freeview.co.uk/help/manual-retune

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Thanks, no joy with this. remember I`ve also lost Freesat, suggesting something more sinister.
