I have searched and tried Samsung Chat but cannot get a solution. I can receive and view both Freeview and Freesat. When on Freeview I can use the Samsung Plus TV app. If I go to Freesat the Samsung Plus app will not work. Is there a solution to this problem ?. Many thanks.
