What year & model is your TV? And where did you purchase it? Depending on the answers and whether you are still under warranty, I'd suggest calling Samsung Tech Support for help & diagnosis.
Perhaps someone else here might be able to clarify, but I think Samsung pairs a TV panel to the One Connect box, so I'm not sure if you'd be able to swap out one or the other for another unit without Samsung support involvement.
