I just had a new panel installed for my 65" S90C due to stuck pixels. All seems fine (apart from not being able to use smart calibration for some reason)
Anyway, although it now has a brand new panel the panel counter (timer) still shows as over 1,600 hours. I called the repair company and they said that they do not reset the counter for new panels?
Surely this is wrong as I now have a panel with zero hours usage (well maybe 1 now) but a timer that says it has over 1,600 hours?
