I've had 2 ongoing issue which might be linked with my QE75QN94AATXXU.
My first issue I logged a support ticket as I've had pixels on my screen. Clearly evident during music consers when lights are moving quickly. The result of the support ticket was my Internet and TV aerial signal was the issue. I di don't agree but they closed the ticket.
Has anyone else got any pixel issue, or ideas of the cause.
Lthe 2nd issue is with NowTV. Been working OK for 2 years and over the last few weeks about 10 minutes into watching the remote becomes unresponsive, leading to after 15 minutes the picture stutters and freezes resulting in a full reset of the TV to resolve.
I've tried a full factory reset and the care diagnostic tools clearing memory. I would guess a memory leak or some issue, maybe linking the 2 issues togethet, but ultimately I'm not sure where to go next. Anyone got any ideas?
