I raises these problems with my year-old TV. Applied latest firmware update at suggestion of the moderator. Also carried out a full reset, which despite carrying out a backup and restore, I lost all my connected devices settings, which was annoying.
Namely:
1. On resuming from standby using Bixby voice control, the set starts up with audio and video out of sync. Changing channel and then changing back resolves this.
2. Around 20-30 minutes after turning the set on, there is a 1-2 second break-up of video and loss audio.
3. New problem: When using Bixby to wake from standby, the TV no longer recognises "Channel 101" (BBC1). It does recognise "TV On".
Anyone else experience this?
Would be great if these could be resolved in the next firmware update!
