Based on what you've said so far (and the recent weather here in the UK), my first guess is you've a got a leak where the satellite/aerial cables are coming in. Any more details about the situation you can share? (E.g. colour or smell of the fluid; model number of your TV; where it's set up; anything unusual about the cables or where they come in etc?)
