Losing BR Remote

I updated my QD-OLED TV recently, and now it keeps losing the BT connection with the remote. I’ve tried resting everything, it seems like a software issue. Has anyone else seen this?

@Palleh: Please try charging your remote, then press and hold the Select and Return buttons together for around 10 seconds until the LED stops blinking. If the LED doesn't blink, release the buttons and try again. If the problem persists, point the remote at the TV and press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons for 3 seconds. Let me know how you get on.

I’ve tried that, and when it does pair it shows that the battery is full.

@Palleh: If the issue has persisted, then please try powering off your TV, unplug it at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in, power back on using the remote, and monitor the connection status.

Same thing, it works for like a min, then it will only do IR.
