I've recently bought a Samsung Q60C TV and struggled to find an external hard drive to record on. Finally was convinced to buy a Samsung T7 Shield 1TB SSD to timeshift and record. Now we have this hard drive but timeshift rarely works (it says Timeshift has started but you cannot pause or rewind or do any of the functional things involved. It's useless. TV seems really inconsistent in responsiveness - especially when it comes to timeshift and this working routinely. Please help!
