Hello folks,

How to update firmware on Samsung UE22D5003BW TV using USB drive?

P.S. ( I've already tried standard method mentioned on Samsung site but it didn't work )

Hi @StuartPi  Have you formatted  the USB stick,  just checking you do not have anything other than the firmware on the USB?

The downloaded firmware will have been compressed so must be extracted before it can be read by the TV, information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/how-do-i-update-the-software-on-my-samsung-smart-t... 

As a last resort possibly a USB with the upgrade file can be forwarded to you if you call 0333 000 0333.
