Hello Samsung - Samsung account on TV says wrong password?

I have a 65inch Qled but I haven’t been able to watch anything on it when i try to use netflix it ask for Samsung account id,i eventually created an id but everytime i login it says wrong password but I use the same account on a Samsung phone and it works fine there.

please what can i do to use this tv.

Ok you have the option to sign into your Samsung account, this then allows downloading more apps, sure Netflix is always installed and cannot be removed.

The TV setup and login usually gives a simple QR code login via your phone, so no manual password inputting.

Anyway, your Netflix login needs to be your Netflix account not your Samsung account details.

@Niroko sugar  If trouble logging in via the QR code could reset the password on your phone via Accounts and Backup-Manage Accounts-Samsung Account-General-My profile-security and Privacy-Password.   There should be option to change Password. Alternatively there is a web link here https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/resetPassword
