Hey @Colinsmith,
As your TV has failed the picture test then I'd advise that you get in touch with Samsung Support HERE,
Or, if your TV is older than 12 months then I'd recommend getting in touch with your nearest Support Centre HERE
Say "hello!" and Introduce Yourself, or virtually hangout in the Samsung Lounge
