Can I connect to internet via dongle

Hi can my Samsung le26d450g1w TV .I will be using a EE WiFi single 4g .my phone is a Redmi 9 and today I reacvied a cable I was told to buy to connect but that don't work .can yous please help

AFAIK this isn't something that should work.
