Blurred line bottom of TV

Just noticed a small horizontal blurred like digital/pixelated strip at the very bottom of the screen. This is on a fairly new 85” qled 85c series Samsung. Thoughts?

Try going into the TV settings under display and check what the picture size is set to. Not sure if it has anything to do with your current setting. It might make a difference to have a play around with the options.
