Bluetooth won’t connect XBOX 360 Controller

Hi,

I have a 2023 The Frame TV and a XBOX 360 wireless controller that I am trying to pair togeather however the controller is not being found by the tvs bluetooth.

I have tried rebooting the and updating the latest firmware but it’s still not working.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue please?

Xbox 360 controllers do not have Bluetooth built in, you will need Xbox one or series x controller for Bluetooth connection

I think someone said, 360 one needed a adapter to use with things such as a PC it was its own connection method not BT. Any cheap BT will work. I have a Series X x2 , One s all work.
