Bluetooth on Samsung tv

Hi,

Model: UE75TU7092UXXH

I have enabled Bluetooth via the secret menu, but Bluetooth headphones are not discovered by the tv. The headphones are in pairing mode and tv is searching for devices in the Setting > Sound Settings > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speakers List menu.

I have noticed the the BT address in the Secret menu of the tv is “0”. Similarly, the Bluetooth address listed within the Settings > Support > About This TV menu is blank. 

Can you please help enable the Bluetooth on my series 7 smart TV from 2020? The specifications state the tv has Bluetooth capability. Thank you.

Wait..... You TV has a secret menu? I wonder if mine has and if it does how would I found out if its secret?

Turn your tv off. Press info. Menu. Mute. Power on. If you do it quickly it will bring the service menu up in the left hand corner. Be carful what you mess with though

Hi @Ginga_p thanks for comment, this step I have done, wanted to know how I can reset the Bluetooth address so that the TV can connect to devices.
