amazon prime app stopped working on QE65QN94AATXXU

this app and youtube app been working fine.

just tried these apps and now wont load. the screen just flickers and goes back not even the death loading wheel...

wifi etc all fine. other apps like iplayer working

This has happened to me a couple of times, not just with Prime. I just went into the main app draw and reinstalled it and it started working again. If it works from the main app page then it seems to be a glitch on the front page app for some reason.

sorted it by resetting the tv by holding down power button and doing a soft reset. resintalling didnt make a difference.
