Setting up my brand new AK6522S7TZN. TV powers on and remote has successfully connected. First step is to select language. When I try to select the error “not available” appears. This happens when I use any button on the remote and I cannot get past this. Any help? Thanks in advance

This isn't a UK/EU model TV, @Brendan94. So, I'm limited in the support that I can provide. Please get in touch with Samsung in the region you're based or where the TV was purchased from.
