I purchased a 50” Smart TV in 2020 and the white rows of circles are now appearing on my TV as well as others who have reported this - so a 2.25 year old TV! Not happy. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income. I expected this tv to last at least 10 years. If this is going to cot me I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT. We always had RCA at home. Maybe that’s the way to go.
Anyone here know how to reach Samsung directly?
