Hi,
I am using "The Frame" QE65LS03RAUXZG (Samsung The Frame 65) with API remote control commands which worked fine so far. However, since I updated to Firmware 1420 (latest) for every access I need to approve with the remote control, although all settings are correct (set to only first time approval, even when switched off completel the issue occurs).
So my whole remote command system is broken now.
I also did a complete facory reset, still the same problem with the local API.
The devices I am connecting from are also properly listed as allowed devices - however, still every call leads to the approval pop-up.
I think this is a firmware bug which I kindly ask to be resolved as soon as possible as an important feature is not working anymore. Where can I officially report a bug? Can someone confirm similar issues?
Is there a way for me to roll-back to an earlier firmware version?
