I have an ftp server running on my tablet so I can manually copy my files to/from my desktop. I also have folder-sync to automatically sync my daily photos folder (on s-card) with my desktop every night.
Yesterday I have encrypted my Galaxy Tab Active sdcard and it was my understanding that the files would have been gibberish when the tablet is locked. Instead, folder-sync still works when I am asleep, and I can also access my sdcard files via ftp as GUEST when the tablet is locked.
Is this normal? Sdcard content is accessible even when the phone is locked.
(I don't have an sdcard reader to physically remove the card and test it on another device, but it says 'sdcard is encrypted' in the tablet settings).
