I have a Samsung Tab9 that suddenly does not recognize the PIN code when starting up. I can't get it into a hard reset. someone who can help me.
Switching on and off is also not possible with the necessary keys

Hey there

Are you able to connect it to a PC and use SmartSwitch?

Or can you connect to a PC and use Recovery Mode to perform a Factory Data Reset?
