Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 went corrupt after the latest firmware update...
The physical keyboard cover is not detected after the latest firmware update....before the update it was still working fine...
I done ALL the advice from empty the cache for the the keyboard to factory hard reset and still it doesn't detect it...
Does it mean it must be sent to Samsung to be fixed or can it be fixed while waiting at a store?
Do Samsung "engineers" have their laptop with the previous firmware so it can be reinstalled as I use it constantly during meetings....
The online help was not very helpful as I explained in detail it does not detect it AFTER the latest firmware update....
I have the backup made before the firmware update and did a restore to it after the factory reset, still not detect the keyboard....
If I had the cash to get the latest Tab S9, I could have sell the Tab S7 ....
Any help please like where I can download a firmware so the keyboard can be detected...
