Hi everyone
I bought a Galaxy Tab S9 FE from cool blue today. The promotion is a free keyboard and case. However the online form blocked me at a certain point after confirming I had the promotion. Any solutions? What is Samsung's email address to contact them directly? The WhatsApp service has been ineffective. Also there is no info in the box on how to use the tablet. Any suggestions? I may Google around tomorrow. I'm not sure I'll buy Samsung again unless they find a solution fast. It's a waste of my time. Grateful for ideas/help.
