nib inserted too much inside s pen S6light

I've noticed since 2 days that the s pen don't works properly. only today I've notice that the  nib is inserted too much inside the s pen. I've try to extract it with the removing tool but it didn't work! What I can do?

@User Boh: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. Has any excessive force been applied to the S Pen nib that might account for it's current condition? If you take a look at the guide below from our friends in the Philippines, are you able to extract the nib, then gently replace it so it sits the correct position?
