I have the new Tab A9 and can't find how you get the default app notification sound, like on Outlook E-mail and the BBC News app. It's when an app has it's own individual unique sound is what I want.I've cleared the cache but I still can't get the default app notification sound. Can anyone help please?
@Pippabell: If 'App provided sound' is not available as a notification sound, then you may wish to head to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Reset app preferences. Please note however that this will remove any changes that you have made to all app settings on your Tab A9.
