When using my Galaxy Tab S8 with external monitor, bluetooth keyboard and bluetooth mouse, the mouse will randomly move really-really slow for some time, then after an hour or so, will start working ok again for a while. This happens every day - even though I have the latest software installed.
It is really frustrating. I have gone into the mouse settings and increased speed etc, but this only effects the mouse movement when it is working properly.
When it is locking up (moving the mouse all over the desk just to see the mouse cursor move it a centemeter or sometimes not at all, is not fun at all. I have tried several mice and the effect is the same.
The external keyboard works perfectly and so does the external monitor. It is just the mouse that does not.
Please ask Samsung to look into this, as it is a real problem and barely usable.
