Boost Disney + help please

I can't claim the Disney plus 12 months . I have a new S8 tablet , but in samsung account it shows as SM-X700 , on samsung members its S8 ! Could this be the trouble ?

On friends one , we brought together on samsung account shows as S8 , and I redeemed the offer for him .

I just can't redeem on mine ..please help thank you 
P.s. I do have samsung phone on account too ,with watch .

solved you need to sign in after choosing the boost disney +, with your device not account info ...which didn't work for me as no option for that ..in the end I down loaded smart tutor by samsung in play store set it up ,rang the number , they took over screen and 5 minutes later I had the free 12 months disney + .. this is the way !
