Third party apps camera sdk use

I remember during the S10 announcement keynote Samsung stated it opened up it's Camera SDK and apps like Snapchat and Instagram would have the same quality and/or function as the native camera app. I'm not sure why this hasn't happened since it was such a big announcement

But Samsung really need to deliver on this
