Relayout UI multi-screen or popup windows

On OneUI 5, Android 13 support well multi-task with taskbar, it can hold recent app on it. But I'm feed it not well for usage, can improve UX

1/ When I'm open application mode popup window, it minisize should thumbnail icon on taskbar not on screen.

2/ Option open app default popup mode, save size, position on screen when app close.
