"Quick panel layout" visibility options

Currently the options for the quick panel options are:

* Always show

* Only show when expanded

* Don't show

My suggestion is to add the option

* Only show when contracted

Basically, I would like the SIM-card option to hide when fully expanded but be shown when contracted. And possibly also the media output.  This would allow me to get more icons into one view, as the SIM-options prevent it, but at the same time, I enjoy the quick access to the SIM-options. Allowing me to access the SIM-options when the settings are only pulled down once, and then hiding them when pulled twice, would solve the issue for me.
