If Samsung device is stolen by Thugs

If Samsung mobile is locked then can't power off mobile but if thugs remove sim cards memory card etc. But if add some button in Samsung they if click this button then opened sim tray automatically or add manually off if mobile is already powered off then can manually removed sim tray
