I had a medical issue last night, which left me incapacitated.  If it had happened away from home, I have no idea what would have happened. Started thinking - just about everyone always has their phone with them at all times  How about a tab on your initial security page logon that had an accessible but user optional page accessed by a "MEDICAL EMERGENCY  INFO"  tab where you could enter medical history, prescription being taken and emergency contacts numbers that would be available for any emergency medical help you might require.

I believe that feature already exists.

Try This:

From your lock screen (pattern/code screen), there should be a button at the bottom that says Emergency Call Press that and you should be taken to a page where you can add the medical/contact info you mentioned. Also, adding the info this way means that it can be accessed even when the phone is locked.
