Chat between Phone, TV and Smart Appliances - Internet based

I want to suggest an Chat / Alert App that works between Phones, TV and other smart appliances with screens.

Use cases:

1. Friday night, I am watching a movie on TV and find it interesting. I bring up a small on-screen keyboard (on TV or phone) and send message to my friend (who is in his home in other side of city) to watch the movie as well. The message will be displayed on his TV screen. We can use the same app to share reactions. Can be extended to group chats also.

2. My spouse is in kitchen and I send a message from my phone / TV to Refrigerator asking to take a break and join for dinner.

3. Washing machine send a Alert to TV / Fridge that wash cycle is completed.
