Battery support suggestion

Hi all !!
A friend of mine is insisting on me to post this. So, his idea is to have a Battery support , which is a small battery that comes to effect after the battery is depleted. this small battery will only work to receive and send calls and nothing else !!!

other functions will not work, like social media and camera ..etc. The motive is to have a solution to contact in case of emergencies.
