Automatic emergency setup

As i am living in a foreign country and staying alone in a flat, sometimes i am getting fearful thoughts about what if i died and people didn't notice for two or more days.

Then i realized you can help with that, if Samsung add settings for automatic emergency call or message in case i didn't use my mobile saying for  15 to 18 hours continuously.

This will be too helpful for me and many other people.
