What should I do if the money disappeared

I paid for an s24u on 04/04/2024 by the education store with a trade-in. It would be shipped on 04/09/2024. I waited for over one week but it was never dispatched.

I asked the online chat it said, "need confirmation from bank" and "need investigation". I just canceled the order because I know the bank would know nothing(NAB). And till now it is 5 days I didn't receive my money...

What should I do? I am so tired talking with online chat and bank...#shop #

Just ring them. You haven't been charged. Note to self: always buy with credit card when buying online incase of situation like this. Hope it gets sorted dude

Here in the UK. Refunds take upto 28 days
I'm assuming you are in the U.S the way you do the date
