I put in a claim on the 24th of January & was informed I'll receive it on the 9th of March.

When did you put your claim in?

The original offer required the buyer to put a code into the promotions box in checkout when ordering S24 phone.

There was a weblink later provided for those who didn't follow the correct order process.

My claim got authorised on 25th January to be sent by 10th march

My claim got authorised on 25th January to be sent by 10th march and I know technically it hasn't been 45 days yet but would have thought by now there may have been some movement so to speak on the reward claim

To be fair, if you've been advised 10th March and today is 26th February........

That said, Samsung have been know to deliver early and then again very late. But you won't hear from Samsung until around 10th March UNLESS you're going to get an early delivery.
