Urgent Return Request for Samsung S23 Ultra Purchased on August 11

I recently purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra from a shop which is in Patiala, Punjab, India on August 11. I purchased it on installment. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal reasons, I am unable to keep the product and i want to return it but the seller has refused me. A lot of time i requested him but he is refusing again and again. Please help me or give me any suggestion. Galaxy S23
