Upgrade PROGRAMME

Been in this for nearly four years, was eligible to upgrade last August 2022,but did not get email invite despite never missing a payment and upgrading twice before! Tried to check status and says can't upgrade till end of 2 years contract this coming August 23, what happened to being able to every year, anyone else having problems?

There is an upgrade window
After one year you are eligible. But if left for too long that window closes and you wait until the two years is finished.
Normally you get an email with a link. Maybe it went into your spam folder. Shouldn't have done but maybe you didn't get a notification

Ok thanks,just debating on paying the £250 left and trading in to get the new s23

Depends on what you are able to afford.
Also waiting can get you a better deal on the new phone
Easy to get pulled in by the new phones.
Even as experienced as I am. I still got tempted to pre order the S23 Ultra 🙄
If you feel that you need the new phone as your old one can't do what you want. Then you can pay off early.
August is the time of the Z Fold 5. So another phone to throw in there

Yes you missed the upgrade window. You have to pay off your current phone and start again
