I just received my new S22 ultra but other than a pro paid return label there were no instructions or return packaging inside. Who do I contact for these?

Hey @travelmeister , hope you're having a lovely afternoon. :smiling-face:

I've double-checked the FAQ, and can confirm that you'll receive the full trade-in pack within 7 days of receiving your order (that fantastic S22 Ultra by the sounds of it).

So if you don't have it by this time next week, give the Online Shop Team a quick call at (8am-10pm), and they'll be able to help you out.

Inside the package I received there was the usual blue(ish) plastic envelope and the return label. Put my old phone back into its old box, inside the envelope, labeled and posted. I don't know why is samsung sending another "pack", while the reference and everything is the same anyway...

There was no label in my box to return the old phone. I called and was told a label would be sent out. That was a week ago and nothing except a message on my phone to say it will be locked in 72 hours unless I return the old phone. I have emailed Samsung and called but no label and no further details. Can anyone help please
